Na última sexta-feira, a BRG Geradores realizou um evento especial em comemoração ao Dia dos Pais, promovido pelo departamento de Recursos Humanos. Com o tema “Ser Pai”, a celebração reuniu colaboradores em um momento de reflexão e valorização da paternidade, destacando a importância do papel paterno na formação e desenvolvimento das futuras gerações.
Durante o evento, Silvio de Oliveira, Presidente do Conselho da BRG Geradores, compartilhou suas reflexões sobre a importância de ser um pai presente e atuante. “Ser pai é uma das maiores responsabilidades e, ao mesmo tempo, uma das maiores alegrias que podemos ter. Este evento é uma oportunidade para todos nós lembrarmos do impacto profundo que temos na vida de nossos filhos e na formação dos valores que eles levarão para o futuro,” afirmou Silvio de Oliveira.
Nadre Rodrigues, Diretor de Recursos Humanos da BRG Geradores, ressaltou o propósito do evento e a importância de criar um ambiente de trabalho que valorize a paternidade. “Queríamos proporcionar um momento de reconhecimento e celebração para os pais que fazem parte da BRG. É fundamental que todos saibam que seu papel como pais é tão valorizado quanto seu trabalho aqui. Este evento foi uma forma de homenageá-los e reforçar nosso compromisso com o bem-estar de nossos colaboradores,” destacou Nadre Rodrigues.
A celebração incluiu uma série de atividades interativas e momentos de descontração, permitindo que os participantes compartilhassem suas experiências e histórias pessoais sobre a paternidade. O evento reforçou a cultura organizacional da BRG Geradores, que preza pela valorização das pessoas e pelo reconhecimento das diversas facetas que compõem a vida de seus colaboradores.
Com iniciativas como essa, a BRG Geradores reafirma seu compromisso com o desenvolvimento humano e a criação de um ambiente de trabalho acolhedor, onde valores como família e cuidado com as futuras gerações são colocados em primeiro lugar.
